Each client has a separately managed portfolio based on their risk tolerance, asset allocation, and securities preferences. The firm offers a fee-based platform that provides global portfolio management solutions.
Role: This is a home-based outside sales role focused on closing leads of high-net-worth clients who have already expressed interest and have over $500,000 to invest. There is no cold calling or prospecting; the firm provides pre-qualified leads for closing.
A dedicated portfolio management and service team handles the transition and retention of client relationships.
The firm markets its services via direct mail, internet, television advertising, and other mediums, receiving responses from interested investors willing to discuss portfolio transfers.
Home Office: The firm covers all home office expenses, including computer, phone, scanner, and printer. Travel expenses are also covered, and an expense account is provided.
Compensation: Starting at a $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with average total compensation of $300,000 to $500,000, and top producers earning over $1 million. The salary declines to $0 over time, but commission increases significantly, earning on new sales for several years.
