Qualifications

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of 6-7 skilled nursing facilities in Washington state.

About the Role:

As the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will be accountable for leading a team of operations professionals and ensuring seamless execution of our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations, regulations, compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing Nursing Home Administrators and other region and facility level leaders.
• Must currently hold a Washington Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) license or be eligible to obtain a Washington State licensure.
• Must currently live or be willing to relocate to Washington or the Pacific Northwest.
