The role requires building strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners, developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A track record of improving performance across multiple facilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of regional operations leadership or multi-site oversight of skilled nursing/long term care facilities.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home operations, regulations, financial performance, and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the operations team to foster excellence, collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve objectives, optimize performance and improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecast, and report on financial performance to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues and ensure seamless integration of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, and external partners.
