Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience with multi-site operations accountability.
• Experience leading physician groups or medical networks.
• Hands-on value-based care experience (Medicare Advantage, ACO/MSSP, or risk-based models).
• MBA/MHA/MSN or equivalent preferred for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, clinical, and financial performance across the Indiana market with P&L accountability.
• Build and lead a team of Market Directors (up to six).
• Establish relationships with physicians and practice leaders to influence change.
• Drive KPIs tied to quality, value-based care, and financial results.
• Translate strategy into execution plans for directors and frontline teams.
• Strengthen relationships with health systems, payers, and community partners.
• Use data/analytics to drive accountability and improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and strategic implementations across the region.

About the Opportunity

The Las Olas Network is retained by a growing, physician-focused value-based care organization to hire a Regional Vice President, Operations for its Indiana market. This leader will turn regional strategy into on-the-ground results, partnering closely with physicians, health system stakeholders, and executive leadership to improve outcomes and drive performance across a multi-site network.

This is a build-stage opportunity. The organization is expanding its Indiana presence through a strategic partnership, and this leader will shape the operating team, establish physician relationships, and own the performance metrics that define the market’s success. It’s ideal for an outcome-driven operator who has delivered measurable results in value-based care and wants a hands-on role with real impact.

What You’ll Own

• Lead operational, clinical, and financial performance across the Indiana market, including regional P&L accountability
• Build and lead a team of up to six Market Directors, developing them into high-performing leaders
• Establish trusted working relationships with physicians and practice leaders to influence change and improve performance
• Drive delivery against a defined set of key performance indicators tied to quality, value-based care, and financial results
• Translate executive strategy into clear, actionable execution plans for directors and frontline teams
• Strengthen relationships with health systems, payers, and community partners
• Use data and analytics to drive accountability, decision-making, and continuous improvement
• Lead change initiatives, process improvements, and strategic implementations across the region

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including multi-site operations with accountability for financial, operational, and quality outcomes
• Experience leading physician groups, medical groups, primary care networks, or similar provider organizations
• Hands-on value-based care experience (Medicare Advantage, ACO/MSSP, or other risk-based models), with a working knowledge of quality, risk adjustment, and payer dynamics
• A track record of driving specific results and the ability to clearly articulate the steps taken to achieve them
• An athletic, versatile operating style; experience in smaller or high-growth organizations is a plus
• Strong physician engagement skills and credibility with both clinical and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 40-60% across the Indiana market
