Job summary

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) seeks a Regional Vice President to oversee Raleigh, NC operations. You will mentor teams, drive client satisfaction, and achieve financial/operational goals in the market.

You will lead strategy execution, coordinate with business development, and ensure high-quality service while growing the client base regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in HOA/POA management or supervisory role.
• CMCA certification required; AMS and PCAM strongly preferred.

In this hands‑on leadership position, you’ll be responsible for business retention by ensuring that our clients receive the highest‑quality customer service, meeting financial and operational goals, and growing our client base in the region. In addition, you’ll serve as a mentor for your team and lead them in their personal and professional development.

Benefits & Salary

The position is full‑time and the salary is competitive and commensurate with experience ranging from $95,000-$110,000 annually with quarterly bonus opportunities.
