Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical veterinary technician experience.
• 2+ years in training, leadership, or management roles.
• Credentialed veterinary technician with current certification.
• Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with National Technician Director and regional leadership to identify training needs and coordinate regional hospital support.
• Provide tools, training, and feedback for onboarding, training, and upskilling plans.
• Deliver coaching, mentorship, and professional development support to Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, trainers, and leaders.
• Mentor hospital technicians and trainers on resources and coaching practices.
• Support progression through Thrive’s clinical skills and knowledge pathways and establish growth goals.
• Promote a culture of learning, psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
