Job summary

Innovetive Petcare is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the operational and financial performance of two specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. The role requires strategic leadership across hospital operations and strong collaboration with market leaders to drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in P&L management, staffing strategy, and KPI analysis, with the ability to coach leaders and translate business strategy into outstanding patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, veterinary management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive veterinary operations or practice management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for two specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals.
• Maintain accountability for hospital P&L performance, revenue growth, and expense management.
• Lead, coach, and develop Hospital Administrator and Practice Managers.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term business plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition, retention, and service-line growth.
