Mission Pet Health is seeking a Regional Medical Director to support our hospitals in the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA, and AK locations). This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring doctors, strengthening hospital teams, and growing practices while upholding high medical quality.

You will partner clinically with veterinarians, align medical leadership with hospital growth, and work with the Regional Operations Director on staffing, equipment, and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Current state licensure in good standing to practice.
• Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
• Hospital ownership or Lead Veterinarian experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and develop veterinarians across the region through mentorship, coaching, and development planning.
• Strengthen hospital collaboration by sharing best practices and ensuring clinical resources.
• Recruit and onboard veterinarians to the region, supporting mentorship and long-term engagement.
• Partner with Regional Operations Director to align medical initiatives with hospital growth.
