Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Regional Medical Director to support our Pacific Northwest hospitals across Oregon, Washington and Alaska. You will mentor DVMs, strengthen hospital teams, and drive growth while upholding top‑tier medical standards.

The role combines mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership, with travel 3–4 days per week to on‑site locations. You will lead clinical excellence and partner with leadership to align medical initiatives regionally.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and be licensed.
• Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
• Ownership or lead veterinarian experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop veterinarians across the regional hospitals.
• Strengthen hospital collaboration and resource sharing.
• Recruit and onboard veterinarians to grow the regional network.
• Partner with operations to balance medical leadership with growth.
• Support regional service expansion while maintaining high medical quality.
