Mission Pet Health is seeking a Regional Medical Director to support our hospitals in the Fort Worth area. This role focuses on mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership to ensure high medical quality and strong hospital growth.

You will work as a clinical partner to veterinarians, guiding teams, aligning medical initiatives with hospital strategies, and helping build a strong regional talent pipeline through externships and internships.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and active state licensure.
• Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
• Ownership or Lead Veterinarian experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with data presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop veterinarians across the region.
• Strengthen hospital collaboration and share best practices.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding veterinarians.
• Support hospital leaders with scheduling, equipment, and medical initiatives.
• Drive growth while maintaining high medical quality across hospitals.
