Qualifications
- DVM degree from an accredited university and current state licensure to practice.
- Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
- Ownership or Lead Veterinarian experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Mentor veterinarians across the region to grow medical, surgical, and communication skills.
- Strengthen hospital collaboration and share best practices to support workflow improvements.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop veterinary talent to support regional growth.
- Partner with Regional Operations Director to align medical initiatives with hospital goals.
- Support growth in the Houston market and build a strong regional talent pipeline.
