Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Regional Medical Director to mentor veterinarians, strengthen hospital teams, and grow practices while upholding high medical quality. You will serve as a clinical partner to veterinarians and hospitals, coordinating with a Regional Operations Director to align medical leadership with hospital success.

The role blends mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership to ensure doctors feel supported, hospitals are well-resourced, and patients receive excellent care

Qualifications

DVM degree completed and valid veterinary license.
Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
Hospital ownership or lead veterinarian experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Mentor and coach veterinarians across the region to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
Promote collaboration among hospital teams and share best practices for workflow improvements.
Lead talent recruitment and onboarding to build a strong regional veterinary network.
Partner with Regional Operations Director to align medical initiatives with hospital growth and leadership.
