Qualifications

• DVM or VMD required.
• Active veterinary license in MA and RI or ability to obtain in both states.
• Emergency/Urgent Care experience required.
• Willingness to perform surgery.
• People-first leadership with mentorship and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead three-hospital regional group with Mass/RI ER, Coastal Veterinary Care and Wickford Veterinary Clinic.
• Drive hospital performance, growth, and strategic direction.
• Recruit, retain, and develop doctors; mentor medical staff and culture.
• Oversee expansions and operational improvements, support 24/7 coverage plans.
