Job summary

Mass-RI Veterinary ER in Swansea, Massachusetts, invites a strategic leader to guide a growing network of emergency and urgent care hospitals.

The Group President will lead medicine, operations and culture across Massachusetts & Rhode Island, while remaining on the floor in the anchor ER to mentor doctors and staff, shape clinical standards, and drive regional growth through partnerships and de novos or acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Senior veterinary leadership experience and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Experience leading surgical and medical services in emergency/urgent care settings.
• Ability to mentor clinicians and grow hospital networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead medicine, operations and culture across MA & RI network.
• Mentor Lead Doctors and Medical Directors to build future leadership.
• Drive regional growth, hospital performance and integration of new practices.
• Maintain clinical presence on the floor in the anchor ER hospital.
