Qualifications

• Experience leading an ER team in veterinary medicine.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and train staff.
• Strong mentorship and collaborative communication with doctors and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ER workflow including doctor scheduling and staffing.
• Facilitate regular department meetings and performance reviews.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to veterinarians and support staff in collaboration with leadership.
