Mass-RI Veterinary ER seeks an executive to lead medicine, operations and culture across our Mass-RI emergency and primary care hospitals. You’ll remain clinically active on the floor with the doctors you lead, guiding strategic growth and clinical excellence.

You’ll mentor Lead Doctors and Medical Directors, shape regional growth, and build a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes mentorship, performance, and equity-based incentives within a supportive,

• DVM or VMD and veterinary licensure.

You’ll lead medicine, operations and culture across our growing Mass-RI network of emergency and primary care hospitals — and you'll still be on the floor in our anchor ER hospital, working alongside the doctors you lead.
