You will join a new established team doing Business Development (BD) for Food & Beverage (F&B) as part of the PL (Product Line) Performance Drives & Motion. This BD role for F&B has been created to unleash the full growth and value potential of a promising businesses, in a unique and agile environment. Our Performance Drives products are recognized by their many features, quality and reliability, and we believe we are geared for significant growth over the coming years.
The "Regional Vertical Lead F&B" will lead, drive and enable regional/local sales plans & strategy execution in the region/countries by bringing knowledge to the sales teams, partners and customers about our F&B Drives solutions. Together we will work as a Team to win customers loyalty and to become the preferred Drives supplier for the future for selected customer. Sets the vision and strategy for F&B in collaboration with Sales and bring outside-in view from the regions to the PL LT and PM/PD organizations.

We like to see that you possess as min. a bachelor's degree in either Engineering, Business or Economics. In addition, preferably 8-10+ years experience in drives and 5+ years F&B industry experience within an international Matrix organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000- $170,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
