You will join a newly established team focused on Business Development (BD) for Food & Beverage (F&B) as part of the Product Line (PL) Performance Drives & Motion. This BD role aims to unlock the full growth and value potential of promising businesses in a dynamic and agile environment. Our Performance Drives products are renowned for their features, quality, and reliability, and we anticipate significant growth in the coming years.
The "Regional Vertical Lead F&B" will lead, drive, and enable regional and local sales strategies by sharing expertise with sales teams, partners, and customers about our F&B Drives solutions. Together, we will work towards customer loyalty and becoming the preferred Drives supplier for selected customers. The role involves setting the vision and strategy for F&B in collaboration with Sales and integrating regional insights into the PL leadership team and product development organizations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, with 8-10+ years of experience in drives and 5+ years in the F&B industry within an international matrix organization. Key skills include sales management, strategic development, strong business acumen, leadership, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel over 50% within the region is required.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$170,000 plus bonus and benefits, which include bonus systems, paid vacation, flexible hours, remote work options, personal insurance, communication packages, ERG participation, virtual work environment, and referral programs. Benefits may vary by country and are subject to change.
