The Regional Truck Sales Director at Hunter Truck will lead regional truck and trailer sales, driving market share, revenue, gross profit, and salesperson productivity across new, used, and trailer sales. You will develop key customer relationships and partner with Parts, Service, and VP leadership to deliver integrated solutions and maximize the value of each sale.

Qualificações

Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams and manage multi-location operations.
Strong knowledge of heavy-/commercial-truck sales, fleet relationships, and pricing/negotiation.

Responsabilidades

Lead regional truck and trailer sales teams and drive pipeline, forecast, and profitability.
Develop account plans for major fleets and coordinate with Parts and Service leadership.
Own regional sales execution, market share, and dealer network performance.
Coach sales staff on territory management, prospecting, and account development.
Collaborate with Regional VP on major deals, strategic accounts, and territory design.
Ensure disciplined deal reviews and sales performance management across the region.
