Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in the Northwestern region is seeking experienced truck drivers for regional routes. This full-time, W2 position features 100% no-touch freight, late-model equipment, and a dependable weekly schedule with home time weekly for resets.

You will operate dry van loads, benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, and a retirement plan. Minimum CDL A with 6 months of verifiable experience and DOT screening are required.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,130 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round freight volume

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
• Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established regional lane network
• Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable fleet support

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
• Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety, reliability, and on-the-road comfort

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

• SAP Drivers OK if step 6 has been completed.
