The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to travel between sites while maintaining safety and project standards.

• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Willingness to travel across North Carolina and the surrounding Southeast.

• Oversee daily field operations for ground-up and renovation projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate trades to stay on track.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and address issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subs throughout the lifecycle.
• Track progress, maintain daily reports, and share updates with management.
• Manage site logistics, materials, equipment, and manpower to meet milestones.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Travel as needed throughout NC and surrounding states to oversee projects.
