Job summary

MPI is seeking a construction superintendent to manage national travel projects across the US. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate on-site activities, and enforce safety, quality, schedule, and productivity standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects such as multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or large developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or large commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite safety practices.
• Proven ability to follow documented procedures and maintain detailed records.
• Strong communication skills with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Enforce safety, quality, schedule, and productivity standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project logistics to maintain project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
