Job summary

Concord Coach Lines seeks an experienced operations leader to manage Maine staff, scheduling, training and performance. The role oversees facility and terminal operations, ensuring reliable service, strong customer experience and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Operations, this on-site position requires collaboration with Concord HQ and local teams across terminals in ME, with periodic regional travel within Maine and NH.

Qualifications

4year College Degree required; business focus preferred
Hands-on, operational management experience required. Hospitality, transportation or like industry experience a plus
Superior leadership and communications skills
Computer proficiency with the ability to learn industry specific platforms; working knowledge of Excel and AI tools

Responsibilities

Foster a supportive and proactive environment for staff; manage staffing needs, recruitment, training, retention and overall personnel management in Maine.
Ensure superior customer experience through attention to detail and reliable service execution; maintain clean, well‑kept facilities and on-time trips with friendly staff.
Oversee day-to-day operation and collaborate with Concord operations and local staff to optimize schedules and cover all work.
Manage capital maintenance planning/projects in Maine and day-to-day operating expenses; coordinate with vendors and staff.
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiencies; coordinate with Marketing to promote services in Maine.
