Job summary

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance team member at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This in-person role runs Sunday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm with flexibility for snow removal needs.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
• Occasional fill in evening bus washing
• Ability to do heavy lifting as necessary
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and establish schedules for routine maintenance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings including drug screen

Responsibilities

• Duties include building maintenance and grounds upkeep at the Portland Transportation Center
• Assist with janitorial tasks and landscaping as needed
• Support occasional evening bus washing and dependent duties as required
• Assist with basic mechanical system checks and routine maintenance scheduling

Full-Time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance

Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This is an in-person position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other needs is required.
