Job summary

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance team member at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This in-person role runs Sunday through Thursday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility for snow removal or other needs.

Duties include building maintenance, janitorial tasks and landscaping, with basic knowledge of mechanical systems. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required, plus

Full-Time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance

Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This is an in-person position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other needs is required.

• Building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping experience

• Ability to do heavy lifting as necessary
