• Lead and supervise Transportation Area Managers across sites to streamline operations
• Ensure safety, quality, performance and customer experience in your region
• Enforce policies and procedures in supervisory duties
• Accountable for meeting/exceeding operational goals
• Plan/forecast, evaluate performance, reward/coach staff, resolve staffing needs
• Mentor and develop teammates for career progression
• Share best practices across shifts and network
• Travel up to 50% may be required
• Flexibility to work hours including overnight, weekends and holidays
