Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Transportation leader to support end-to-end logistics operations across multiple routes-to-market. Qualifications

• Experience setting and executing strategies in supply chain and/or logistics in a matrix organization.
• Extensive understanding of transportation operations, third-party logistics management, TMS and/or control tower functions.
• Experience managing a large number of third-party transportation suppliers with significant budgets.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with strong relationship-building.
• Knowledge of international transportation network design and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value by executing strategy and optimizing across all transportation modes while balancing service and cost.
• Be responsible for safety, service, and cost KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end collaboration with internal and external partners for effective management and timely solutions.
• Develop transport solutions and conduct regular business reviews with vendors for performance and negotiations.
• Ensure right product at right quantity reaches the right place at the right time (damage-free).
• Manage risk, forecast demand, and maintain transportation capacity and supplier relationships.
• Drive best-in-class practices through continuous improvement and digitalization.
