Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Transportation Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in a defined region. You will drive process improvements, motivate teams, and ensure safety, quality, and customer experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The role requires a track record in leadership and operations with the ability to manage 50% travel and flexible hours, including overnights and holidays. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of Transportation Area Managers within sites to streamline logistics.
• Ensure safety, quality and performance and customer experience across region.
• Meet and exceed operational goals; plan and forecast; reward, coach, and develop staff.
• Develop and share best practices across shifts and network.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
• Work varying hours including overnights, weekends and holidays.
