Job summary

The Salvation Army in Fresno, CA seeks a Regional Transportation & Compliance Manager to support multiple warehouse/WTU sites, ensuring smooth operations, transportation efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, oversee vehicle fleets and maintenance, promote a safe work environment, and collaborate with Donor Development to maximize program impact across locations.

Required BA/BS, five years warehouse leadership, valid CA license and ability to pass MVR checks.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent transportation experience.
• Minimum five years of warehouse experience managing hourly employees.
• Minimum two years supervising multiple warehouse units.
• Experience supervising volunteers or program participants (preferred).
• Valid CA driver's license with MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee transportation logistics and product flow to stores.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle safety programs.
• Lead safety audits and IIPP implementation.
• Train and coach warehouse staff and drivers.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
