Job summary

Sugared + Bronzed is seeking a Sugarista to provide full-body sugaring services in a fast-paced salon environment. You will educate clients and support front-of-house tasks to keep the day running smoothly.

Paid training is offered, with both part-time and full-time schedules, and a clear path for advancement as we expand to new locations. Competitive hourly pay includes gratuity and opportunities in memberships and product sales.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and aftercare.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with the booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and texts regarding appointments.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
