Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in traffic engineering.
• 2+ years in task management or Deputy PM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts per SCA.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Assist with client scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Implement SDA delivery on each project and lead the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor team to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
