Job summary

(PACS) Providence Administrative Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a General Purpose Regional Director of Therapy Services to oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs, mentor Directors of Rehabilitation, and implement new programs per regulatory changes.

The role interfaces with regional nursing and administrative professionals and ensures compliance with Medicare guidelines and state practice acts, while avoiding direct patient care except in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PT/OT/SLP required.
• RAC-CT credential within 1 year of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit facilities to support operations and program management.
• Mentor Directors of Rehabilitation and staff.
• Review patient charts to ensure Medicare guidelines and policy adherence.
• Implement new programs and procedures per regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with regional nursing and administrative professionals.
