Job summary

Bizoforce is seeking an experienced Regional Test Manager with a strong hands-on testing background and recent Telematics experience to lead end-to-end testing across the Connected Vehicle Services portfolio in Lewisville, Texas.

The ideal candidate has progressed from tester to leader, excelling in test strategy, defect management, and coordinating regional teams to ensure release readiness and high quality across vehicle-to-cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on or directly relevant professional experience in Telematics is mandatory.
• Strong Connected Vehicle domain experience is mandatory.
• Proven background in hands-on software testing with progression into test leadership/management.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end testing, system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience validating telematics platforms, connected vehicle services, vehicle-to-cloud integrations, or related automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across the Connected Vehicle Services portfolio, ensuring product quality, reliability, and release readiness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and testing roadmaps aligned with requirements.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead testing initiatives for telematics and connected vehicle solutions, validating data flow and integration between vehicles, telematics devices, networks, cloud platforms, and backend apps.
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
• Manage defect identification, prioritization, root cause analysis, and closure across the testing lifecycle.
• Monitor test execution progress, coverage, defect trends, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
