Job summary

PDSSOFT INC. seeks a Regional Test Manager to own test strategy, integration, and E2E validation across the NA region. You will coordinate tester bandwidth, defects, and dependencies while serving as the quality gate for Go/No-Go decisions.

You will work across EU/NA, participate in QA audits, and contribute to process/template definitions. OTA testing is led by a dedicated OTA Test Manager with integration points coordinated by the regional TM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in large automotive connectivity and telematics projects; preferred commercial vehicles.
• Owns E2E test strategy, planning, and execution across regional delivery teams excluding OTA.
• Strong knowledge of CAN/J1939/UDS and CANoe or equivalent tools.
• Proven experience in test management, integration testing, and multi-team coordination.
• Capacity planning, defect management, and metrics-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional test strategy and E2E validation across delivery teams.
• Coordinate OTA integration points with the OTA Test Manager to ensure seamless flow.
• Manage defects, risks, and test coverage; enforce quality gates and pass/fail criteria.
• Collaborate across EU/NA regions and with suppliers to avoid single-point failures.
