Job summary

Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead electrical testing and evaluation for connected/telematics systems, antennas, RTLS, UWB/BLE, and RFID technologies.

You will coordinate across engineering teams, develop DFMEA, test plans, and data analysis, and support field/service resolutions. The role involves 25% travel (Houston to Marengo or vice versa) and requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years in test engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field) required.
• 3+ years in test engineering roles in a major OEM; system-level test experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of sensor selection for testing and electrical circuit design/analysis.
• Experience with CANBus protocols and testing; collection/analysis of CAN data using tools such as P-CAN, CANalyzer.
• Experience with testing and/or validation of wireless or connected systems; knowledge of RF/RTLS tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop or refine test procedures and test cases for subsystems and features.
• Execute manual and semi-automated tests at bench, HIL, and vehicle level; capture logs and data.
• Support validation campaigns to confirm compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Assist root-cause investigations for field or plant issues; reproduce issues and collect diagnostic data.
• Participate in technical reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders; provide feedback on testability and results.
