Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is hiring a Regional Technical Specialist to drive training, product support and sales growth across the US region. You will work remotely with dealers, distributors and factory staff, delivering training modules and certifying personnel on product lines.

The role requires 4+ years in related fields, strong communication skills, and remote work capability. Travel and training coordination are key components of this position within a dynamic home

Formación

• High School Diploma and at least 4 years related experience (preferably in the CEDIA channel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and group settings to customers and staff.
• Experience in control systems programming is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV/Control systems on site and remotely.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), NetSuite; experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement product-oriented sales presentations and training events for factory staff, dealers and distributors.
• Assist in new product launches by delivering training modules to key customers.
• Certify sales staff on new products and annually on the product line.
• Be the expert in design understanding and application of Nice North America products.
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide input to sales managers.
• Align training activities with the regional sales manager for the US region.
• Focus field travel on regional customer growth and account retention goals.
• Provide territorial information on travel, key accounts, and events for the sales calendar.
• Set and execute web trainings for customers as required.
• Participate in weekly sales and technical calls.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the Nice home management platform.
• Assist in telephone support to customer technical staff.
• Plan initial and follow-up training for new products.
