Job summary
ChampionX seeks a District Account Manager—Regional Technical Advisor for the Eagle Ford region, based in San Antonio, TX. You will leverage chemical engineering knowledge to advise customers, assess operational needs, and recommend optimized chemical treatment programs in collaboration with the sales team.
You will translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions, support field trials, and help drive customer satisfaction and growth while ensuring safety and regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field required.
- 3+ years in chemical applications, production chemicals, field operations, or related industry.
- Strong basis in chemical processes, production chemistry, corrosion control, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and the commercial team on chemical products and treatment programs.
- Collaborate with sales to design technically sound solutions aligned with customer operations.
- Monitor treatment program performance and optimize for reliability, efficiency and cost.
- Provide technical consultations throughout the sales cycle, including field trials and post-implementation follow-ups.
