Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Recruiter in Houston, TX to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for our branches. You will attract and hire top talent through active sourcing, partnerships with managers, and strategic recruitment plans.

The role requires 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting, proficiency in Word/Excel, and experience with IBM Kenexa BrassRing. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of staffing or high-volume recruitment experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably IBM Kenexa BrassRing.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, and recruit top talent for the assigned market.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Execute recruitment tactics including cold-calling, internet searches, database mining, and social media outreach.
• Collaborate with Regional Talent Leader to build recruitment plans and pre-qualified talent pools.
• Manage candidates using the applicant tracking system.
• Deliver excellent service to internal clients, candidates, and partners.
• Analyze labor market trends to inform hiring strategies.
• Represent GardaWorld at job fairs and events.
• Support recruitment marketing and retention initiatives.
