Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of talent recruitment experience preferred in education.
• Experience with ATS software (Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Lever) is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of schools or departments.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS.
• Deliver strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
