Job summary

KIPP Texas is looking for a Talent Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of schools and SSP departments, implementing sourcing and outreach to attract diverse, mission-aligned talent across Texas.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will partner with HR and school leaders to fill roles by the start of school, manage candidate experiences, and maintain accurate ATS records to drive staffing aligned with KIPP Texas' mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of schools or departments within KIPP Texas, ensuring diverse and representative hires.
• Foster a culture of belongingness and empathy, delivering high-quality service to clients across the portfolio.
• Host job fairs and manage candidate screenings, sharing qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Monitor and report progress toward priority goals using ATS data.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align staffing with workforce planning.
