Job summary

KIPP Texas is seeking a Talent Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of schools and central departments, ensuring diverse and mission-aligned talent. You will implement multi-channel sourcing, campus outreach, and regional events while partnering with HRBPs to meet staffing goals.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will manage candidate experience, leverage CRM data, and optimize processes to hire quickly and equitably across the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of schools or departments within KIPP Texas.
• Foster a culture of belongingness and empathy in service delivery to clients across an assigned portfolio.
• Host job fairs to fill vacant positions and share qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide data to determine hiring needs and priorities.
• Monitor and report progress towards priority goals.
