Job summary

Gensler is seeking a Regional Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead NCR recruitment across Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, La Crosse and Columbus. You will manage full-cycle hiring from research to offers, build a senior network, and align TA with marketing and HR to strengthen employer branding.

You have 12+ years in talent acquisition, prefer experience in creative/professional services, and will mentor the TA team while standardizing processes for best candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for creative firms or professional services.
• Executive search and high-volume staffing expertise.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• ATS experience; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead NCR talent acquisition strategy with regional leadership.
• Lead full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer.
• Build a strong senior-level talent network.
• Manage search firm contracts and external branding.
• Conduct local talent mapping and market trends analysis.
• Partner with HR/Marketing to drive employer value proposition.
• Mentor TA team and drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize processes and ensure candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and pipelines.
