Job summary

Mars MSNA Governance & Controls role in Battle Creek, MI partners with global teams to harmonize SOX/ICE controls and drive sustainability reporting across North America. You will lead regional integration, support testing, and ensure timely control handoffs while collaborating with Controllership and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in audit, internal controls, or a corporate accounting environment required.
• Strong knowledge of SOX/ICE and familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks a plus.
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SOX/ICE harmonization and integration efforts.
• Coordinate ICE controls testing and documentation with global and regional teams.
• Drive closure of critical control gaps within the region.
• Oversee control transitions and operating model changes to maintain control integrity.
• Lead regional sustainability reporting integration to meet Mars requirements.
