Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP, located in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Supply Coordinator to support the development and execution of regional supply plans that align market opportunities with refinery capabilities and logistics. This role collaborates with VCO, Trading, Scheduling, and Marketing to balance supply and demand and optimize inventory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of refining or logistics experience, with strong data analysis and optimization modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or related field preferred.
• Four (4) years of refining, logistics, or commercial experience required.
• Exposure to scheduling, economics & planning and/or refinery operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops optimized regional supply plans using economic tools and data inputs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and constraints.
• Prepare forecasted inventory and volumes to optimize refinery run plans and profitability.
• Communicate plans and opportunities clearly across teams and management.
• Lead collaborative meetings to discuss local and regional economic drivers.
