Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Supply Coordinator in Findlay, Ohio, to develop optimized regional supply plans and coordinate with Trading, Scheduling and Marketing to balance supply and demand. You will apply refinery operations and market dynamics knowledge to identify opportunities and improve efficiency across the region.

The role reports to the Supply Coordination Manager – North and involves building executable plans, communicating options, and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four (4) years of refining, logistics, or commercial experience required.
• Exposure to scheduling, economics & planning and/or refinery operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops optimized and executable regional supply plans using economic and scheduling tools.
• Coordinates with VCO, Trading, Scheduling, and Marketing to align opportunities with refinery requirements.
• Communicates forecasted inventory and volumes to optimize refinery run plans and profitability.
• Builds and tracks metrics to measure commercial performance within the assigned area.
