Qualifications

• Four years of refinery planning, optimization, value chain analysis, operations, or related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops short-term, mid-term, and lookback plans using LP models to maximize refinery performance.
• Manages refinery forecasting and planning activities to align with capabilities and market conditions.
• Maintains and enhances LP models; validates assumptions and improves accuracy.
• Identifies constraints and opportunities; develops optimization strategies.
• Performs scenario analyses to evaluate market/operational changes.
• Partners with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Planning teams to align plans.
• Leads planning studies and provides guidance to less experienced advisors.
