Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; other fields considered with 5+ years in refinery planning/optimization or related experience.
- 4+ years of refinery planning, optimization, or value-chain analysis experience.
- Aspen PIMS LP background is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate market/operational changes and initiatives.
- Lead cross-regional planning studies, align plans across refineries and regions.
- Mentor junior engineers in planning and optimization strategies.
- Manage cross-regional buy-or-make evaluations from data gathering to recommendations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Logistics and Planning to optimize value capture.
