Job summary

NSG Group, a global leader in glass solutions, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader based in Ohio. The role oversees a regional team across 3+ facilities, driving cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and strategic planning.

You will partner with NMI and Engineering to anticipate changes and manage supplier relations, risk, and compliance. The position requires a Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain, 5+ years in supply chain with manufacturing exposure, and 1–3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience overseeing multiple manufacturing sites or facilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop supply chain personnel across facilities.
• Lead cost-savings initiatives in warehousing and logistics.
• Oversee inventory across finished goods, raw materials, and stores.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with NMI and Engineering teams.
• Build relationships with suppliers and drive risk/compliance.
