Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager – Substation to lead regional EPC and construction initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and profitability. You will oversee budgets, resources, and performance while mentoring project leaders.

Travel within the region is required, and you will collaborate with field teams, business development, and senior leadership to drive growth of the substations and power infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale projects, programs, and regional portfolios.
• Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for substation EPC and construction projects.
• Manage regional programs and project portfolios to meet safety, quality, schedule and financial objectives.
• Forecast regional resource requirements with field leadership.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support regional growth.
