Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager – Substation to plan, monitor, and manage regional long‑term projects from pursuit through completion. You’ll secure resources, budgets, and schedules while driving profitability across the region.

You will lead regional operations, partner with leadership, and influence stakeholders to deliver safe, high‑quality EPC and construction for substations and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business and 10+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years in substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for substation EPC and construction projects across the region.
• Manage programs and portfolios to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Forecast resources and support field operations with project execution.
• Develop regional talent through mentoring and coaching.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, profitability, and risk management.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
